Naval Singh, Rourkela, Odisha, India, operating the Tender Matcher™ and TenderIQ™ website. For any privacy question or request, including a grievance, write to singhn9@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy". We aim to respond within 5 business days.
The "Bid clinic" form on the insights page does not transmit anything to us or to any server. Everything you type stays in your browser. When you press the button, your browser composes a message in your own email application, pre-filled with what you entered. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it, and if you close the page instead, nothing is stored anywhere — including by us.
The same is true of the WhatsApp button: it opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Sending it is your choice, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms then apply to that conversation.
We should be straightforward about this, because these are the only ways a third party learns you visited.
| Service | Why it is there | What it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts fonts.googleapis.com fonts.gstatic.com |
Loads the Inter and Noto Sans Devanagari typefaces used across the site. | Your IP address, browser and operating system, and the fact that you loaded a page on this site. Google states it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles. We can remove this entirely by hosting the font files ourselves — write to us if you would like us to. |
| FlagCounter s01.flagcounter.com |
A visitor counter shown in the footer, in place since 2025. | Your IP address and country, to increment a public visitor tally. We use it only to see roughly where readers come from, never to identify individuals. |
Links to WhatsApp, Blogger and the GeM portal only contact those services if you click them.
Like almost all websites, our host records standard technical request information — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser type — in server logs, for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine these logs with anything else, do not use them to identify individuals, and do not export them.
We hold your message, your email address and anything you chose to include, for one purpose: replying to you and, where relevant, carrying out the session you asked about. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for that, and delete it on request.
If you send us a tender document or a draft bid, we treat it as confidential to you, do not publish it, and do not add it to the published research dataset.
The research dataset is built from tender documents published by government buyers on the Government e-Marketplace. These are public records. They are not about you and contain no personal data of site visitors.
Tender documents occasionally contain names and contact details of government officials in their official capacity. We do not extract, index or publish those as personal data, and we do not identify individual officials in any published figure. Our published analysis reports on organisations, not people. If you are named in a document in our corpus and want that addressed, write to us.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and as a matter of our own practice regardless of where you are, you may ask us to:
Write to singhn9@gmail.com, subject line "Privacy". Since we hold so little, most requests can be answered immediately. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
The site is operated from India. If you contact us from elsewhere, your email reaches us in India. The third-party services in section 4 operate their own international infrastructure under their own terms.
If our practices change — for example if we add analytics, self-host the fonts, or introduce a form that actually submits data — we will update this notice and change the date above before the change takes effect.
